If I am not an in network provider for your insurance, your provider may reimburse you for a portion of your fees. Upon your request, you will be provided a statement you can submit to your insurance company.
All scheduled sessions are your financial responsibility. Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel. If you fail to provide appropriate notice you will be charged the full session fee.
Payment is due at the time of your session and can be made by cash, check, credit/debit card, or your health savings account credit card.
If you phone sessions work best for your schedule, please know the initial session must be in person.
